TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions shall apply to We Love Cashmere’s supply to the customer of any of the products listed on this website www.welovecashmere.se. You should carefully read the Terms and Conditions before ordering any products from this website. By ordering any of We Love Cashmere’s products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. By clicking on the button marked “I Accept” at the end of the order process you as a customer accepts the Terms and Conditions. To shop at welovecashmere.se you must be 18 years old, to be able to enter into a binding agreement with us on We Love Cashmere AB. All orders must be placed through our webshop.
Products presented on the website are subject to availability and change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order due to out-of-stock items, price changes, non-delivery from the supplier or printing errors. If the item you want to order is sold out or out of stock, please email us and we put you on a wait-list and make sure your get the item as soon as we have it back on stock.

When we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation via email that contains information about your order. Review your order confirmation to ensure that the information appears correct. If you have any questions please contact our customer service. The order confirmation will include all details of the products, prices of the products including VAT and any other fees, delivery dates, delivery costs, terms for payment, information regarding your right to cancel within the Grace Period and other services provided by We Love Cashmere, and the terms to cancel the order.
Save the order confirmation – it can be helpful when you contact us on customer service.
Price and Payment
The price for the product is stated in the order confirmation. Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices. There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the checkout. If you want to cancel your order, contact us and we will issue a refund to your account. Easy return – if something does not fit, just return it to us for replacement or refund. The following payments are accepted.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Visa and MasterCard are controlled by a security code. Payment will be charged to your card when you place the order.
For shipments to Sweden, we can offer payment by invoice, made in collaboration with Klarna. A customary credit check is performed when you select the bill at checkout. Payment must be fulfilled within 14 days otherwise a delayed charge is added. To view klarnas payment conditions click here. Note that in order to bill your shipping address must be your registered residence.
All prices in the order confirmation are stated in [SEK,] and include applicable VAT and any other taxes, delivery costs and potential C.O.D fees. Purchasing products from countries outside of Sweden may also constitute payment of customs duties, which are not included in the prices. Any customs duties payable shall be paid by you as the customer to the customs or other relevant authorities in the country where the products are finally delivered.

Klarna Checkout offers you a customized and secure payment experience. You will be offered different options for payment, Klarna Checkout presents this information for you once you are identified. Invoice is the default payment option but you can choose any of the other options such as direct payment by bank or payment by card.

Delivery of the products in stock will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. If any shipping fees, it will be displayed at the checkout.
Products that are currently out of stock – Drop an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for information about when the products are back in stock.
Delivery of orders within Sweden will not be charged.
Returns and Refunds
We at We Love Cashmere want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at welovecashmere.se you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days which is more favorable than the legal requirement. The We Love Cashmere’s condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. When returning a package from We Love Cashmere you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. Please clearly state your order number and contact details so we can trace your order accurately. We Love Cashmere does not accept liability for any items that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered, we will of course pay for the return postage. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will instruct you how to return the packages from there. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving welovecashmere.se. If you paid using a credit the refund will go onto the same card.
Items on SALE are not refundable.
In case of a dispute we will follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens recommendations.
In case of Force Majeure, We Love Cashmere’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and We Love Cashmere’s can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by We Love Cashmere’s. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. We Love Cashmere’s will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Orders outside EU
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Welovecashmere.se ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All personal information saved at welovecashmere.se will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of We Love Cashmere’s. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from welovecashmere.se. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. We Love Cashmere’s make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
